Each project undergoes an ad-hoc evaluation which takes into account different parameters such as the target language/s, the delivery deadlines, the sector, the project volume, the occasion and the support on which texts or materials to be translated are supplied.
Agency41 can guarantee the respect of the project delivery deadlines because each estimate is the result of an accurate analysis of the client’s material.
The cost estimate will also take into account any peculiar characteristic of the projects, such as for example a request for urgent delivery or the fact that material is supplied in digital format (PowerPoint presentations, HTML/PHP/ASP/XML web pages, database).
Proof-reading is an integral part of our projects and is determinant to guarantee the highest quality to the client. Proof-reading is therefore included in the estimated cost of every project.
It is however possible to ask for a cost estimate of the mere proof-reading service to be done on project translations not directly supplied by Agency41. In this case the client will provide both the source and the target text.
Payments
If not otherwise agreed upon, payment must be effected upon acceptance of the cost estimate and before the translation delivery.
Payment can be effected by means of bank transfer, credit card (Paypal or Moneybookers) as indicated on the estimate.
